This project was a challenge to emulate the unparalleled art of a classic respected to this day by those in the horror gaming community and beyond. We hope that the details captured in this statue will take our Figuramian players back to the thrill of their encounters with Red Pyramid Thing in the town of Silent Hill.
The Figurama team decided to bring it back to the original Silent Hill 2 with a ¼ scale statue as dynamic and adaptable as the players who braved the dark corners of James’ journey. This rendering captures the tense moment when the Red Pyramid Thing swings its Big Knife at a pistol-wielding James Sunderland on a unique triangular base. The air canister, Louise’s notorious box and Dog Key sit at the foot of the action in reference to multiple shocking moments in the game. Bright red blood drips from James’ humanoid foe to the gruesome sight of tangled monsters and rusted contraptions below. With options to equip Red Pyramid Thing with the Great Spear and opt for a Solo piece by replacing James Sunderland with the ominous interchangeable TV, this piece is a surprise at every turn!
