About Delta Max light 2.5 SSD
At the heart of all SSDs, there is a controller, NAND Flash and depending on the model, it can come with its own cache. In the case of the 250GB DELTA MAX SSD, it uses the Silicon Motion SM 2258G controller.
As for the NAND it uses, since it comes “branded” with the TeamGroup logo, it is difficult to say which is the manufacturer, but according to the technical data of the controller, the NAND must be 3D TLC (64 layers).
As internal cache (RAM) it uses the following Samsung part (K4B2G1646Q-BCKO) DDR3 at 1600 MHz and its size is 250MB.
